Refund policy

I work hard to make sure all the jewellery I make is produced to a high standard & double checked before it leaves my workshop in the hope you are 100% happy with your jewellery purchase from my website, however I understand that sometimes the items we buy online aren’t always as we expect. If you find this is the case, please see my below returns policy.

Returns 

You have 14 days from receiving your goods to return any item bought direct from this website to receive a refund or an exchange. This excludes all bespoke or personalised orders and earrings.

If 14 days have gone by since you received your goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you bought your jewellery elsewhere, please return your item to your point of purchase.

All returned items must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Please contact me direct at hello@paisleypins.com if you wish to return an item, please don’t return an item with letting me first.

Refunds

Refunds will be only issued once the returned items have been received and as long as they comply with the above. A refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Return Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Paisley Pins, 2A Craigfaulds Avenue, Paisley, PA2 9QQ, United Kingdom 

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item - postage costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £20 I recommend using tracked postage for your own peace of mind and to guarantee it will be received. I cannot refund items which I haven’t received back.
